Thank you for shopping at thefurnitureland (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when returning products and requesting refunds.


1. Eligibility for Return / Refund

a) You may request a return/refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.
b) To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging (including all tags, manuals, accessories).
c) You must provide proof of purchase / invoice / order number.
d) Custom-made or personalized furniture items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
e) Items damaged due to misuse or missing parts are not eligible for refund.

2. Return Process

a) Initiate a return by contacting us at support email info@thefurnitureland.com /+91 9211358268 within the return window, specifying your order number, reason for return, and photos.
b) After approval, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
c) Ship the item securely, preferably in its original packaging, with the RA number visible.
d) Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm refund approval or rejection.

3. Shipping Costs & Restocking

a) If the return is due to our error, we cover shipping costs.
b) For “change of mind” returns, customers bear return shipping.
c) A restocking fee (5-10%) may apply if the product isn’t in original condition.

4. Refund / Exchange

a) Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-15 business days post inspection.
b) In some cases, we may offer store credit or exchange instead of refund.

5. Cancellation

a) Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
b) If canceled after dispatch, refund will be processed post-return inspection, deducting applicable costs.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

a) Report damages within 48-72 hours of delivery with photos.
b) Replacement or full refund will be arranged, including shipping.

7. Non‑Returnable Items

a) Custom / made‑to‑order furniture (unless defective)
b) Sale / clearance items marked non-refundable
c) Items damaged due to misuse

8. Dispute Resolution

b) If unresolved, approach the consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
