Are all products made in India?

 Yes, all our products are proudly designed and manufactured in India, supporting Indian artisans and craftsmanship.

How can I place an order on your website?

Simply browse the collection, choose your product, customize if needed, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

 We accept all major debit/credit cards, net banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and wallet payments. Secure payment gateways are used for transactions.

How long will delivery take?

 

 For ready-stock items: 7–14 business days.
For made-to-order/customized products: 3–6 weeks, depending on production and delivery location.

What if my furniture is damaged on arrival?

Yes, for most products. Some come pre-assembled, while others require minor assembly, which our delivery partner or local technician can assist with. and adds strategic value beyond immediate sales.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, we offer warranties ranging from 6 months to 2 years on manufacturing defects, depending on the product type.

What materials do you use?

 We use premium hardwoods like Sheesham, Mango, and Teak, along with engineered woods, high-quality fabrics, and eco-friendly finishes.
